Commercial bullshit but it hasn't exactly caused me much fuss to have a bunch of roses sent to the wife and a heart balloon to each of my three daughters. If it puts a smile on their faces its all worth it. Very quickly passes and it'll be Friday before you know it.

Have managed to get to age 44 years and 6 months without ever buying a girlfriend or fiancée a card.
Probably why they always eventually tell me to leave ;o)
I don't really get it, just treat them half decent all year around instead of having some load of old shit tell you to go wild on the 14th Feb.
